About Me
Hi, I am Laura (She/Her), a registered Psychologist for individuals across the Illawarra. I completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Wollongong and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University.

I have experience across a range of settings, including psychosocial disability support, community services, advocacy, mental health research, private practice, and NSW Health Medical Psychology and Child Protection services.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting people across the lifespan from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender and sexual identities, physical abilities, and neurodivergence.

My lived experience with neurodivergence has greatly shaped the way I practice. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. I hope that together we can draw on your strengths, build self-compassion, and develop practical skills that foster growth, connection, and guide you toward a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.

The Nature Space Psychology Clinic
Referrals and bookings are welcome now!
Research has indicated that viewing greenery and plants can reduce stress, improve mood and enhance focus, contributing to overall well-being (Hall & Knuth, 2019). At The Nature Space Psychology Clinic, we hope to bring the benefits of nature indoors. Our space is thoughtfully arranged with soft natural lighting, greenery, and plants to promote a sense of comfort and ease.
We also provide telehealth sessions via secure video or phone if in-clinic sessions are not accessible.
